Gérard and his wife run this goat farm, where the animals are stabled when they’re not grazing up in the mountains. The farm produces cheeses made from goat’s milk, including Tomme de Chèvre and serac.In the summer, the goatherd is up on the mountainside tending his animals, but you can buy his cheeses every Friday evening at the market in La Cote d'Aime, from 5:30 to 7:30. You can even enjoy a tasting session accompanied by the local wine.
