The Black Mountain
Description
Bordered to the north by the Lauragais plain and the Minervois plain to the south, the Black Mountain forms the south west extremity of Central Massif. It extends for 70 km, from east to west, over three departments (Tarn, Aude and Hérault).
The Pic du Nore, which culminates at 1211 metres, offers a 360° panorama with a view of the Pyrenées and the Mediterranean Sea.
