Everything on foot, ideal location.

Description of the apartment :
Entrance with large storage cupboard (shelves + hangers) and wall mirror.
Kitchen open to the living room. Fitted and equipped kitchen : 2 hotplates with extractor hood, fridge and small freezer, microwave oven combined grill, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and all necessary utensils.
Living-room equipped with a table, 4 chairs, sofa-bed (140X190), coffee table, flat screen TV cabinet and several shelves for storage.
Shower room/WC, new equipment, towel and hair dryer.
A bedroom with 1 double bed (160X200), new bedding, 2 tables and 2 bedside lamps.
