This new 49 m2 flat, on the garden level and facing the sea, sleeps 2/4 people.
It is also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
It comprises an entrance hall, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and dressing room, a shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. A 28m2 living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge with sofa bed for 2 people and flat-screen TV.
You'll also enjoy a 15m2 loggia terrace with furniture and garden furniture, overlooking the residence's garden, facing the swimming pool and boasting lovely ocean views.
A private parking space for one vehicle per flat is also available free of charge. Please note that there are no visitor parking spaces available. Low-speed Wi-Fi access is also available. A 4G box is available for hire (€40/week).
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) available by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
Shops and restaurants 50 m away, beach in front of the residence.
End-of-stay cleaning to be carried out by tenants.
Additional services available on reservation: rental of sheets and towels, cleaning during and at the end of your stay.
