Adjoining a house and another gîte, renovated in 2020, sleeps 8. Ground floor: lounge (sofa bed) / living room / kitchen, wc, shower room, utility room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 2 x 90cm bunk beds) (1 x 160cm bed, 2 x 90cm bunk beds). Outside, you can enjoy a 100m² garden (accessible by steps) with terrace (garden furniture/barbecue). The garden is currently being landscaped to make it enclosed and private to the gîte. An area with chickens and quail adjoins the gîte garden. Street parking. Two other gîtes on site: H85G019566 and H85G019568 Sheets and towels included.
Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €60.
In addition: Electric heating: 7€/day (to be paid to the owner) - Visitor's tax.
