House adjoining two other gîtes, renovated in 2020, sleeps 4. Ground floor: lounge (sofa bed) / living room / kitchen, wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed, 1 x 160cm bed), shower room. Outside, there is a 60m² garden with terrace (garden furniture/barbecue). The garden is currently being landscaped to make it enclosed and private to the gîte. An area with chickens and quail adjoins the gîte garden. Street parking. Two other gîtes on site: H85G019568 and H85G019569 Bed linen and towels included.
Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €40.
In addition: Electric heating: 7€/day (to be paid to the owner) - Visitor's tax.
