The Saint-Michel-Mont-Mercure bakery opens the doors of its biscuit factory. The products are made from local ingredients (flour, eggs, etc.) and contain no preservatives.
You'll find different varieties of biscuits made on the premises: cookies with m&m's, caramel/choco, peanuts, red fruits; butter cakes in bulk or in souvenir boxes.
