Our family home awaits you in Curzon, a small village in the heart of the Vendée countryside.

Recently renovated, this large house is set in 3,000m² of wooded parkland with an ornamental pond. It has a large living room with open-plan kitchen and four bedrooms that can sleep up to 8 people.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, stereo and WiFi. A large library is also available.
The house also has two shower rooms and two separate toilets.
A large terrace completes the exterior.

You'll be 17 kilometres from La Tranche-sur-Mer (entertainment and lovely beach), 12 kilometres from Luçon (shops and restaurants), 1 hour from La Rochelle and 1? hours from Nantes... You'll be calm and close to everything!

On foot, you'll be able to enjoy beautiful walks along the edge of the marsh, see the birds (herons, storks, etc.), canoe on the Petit Lay, and if you don't feel like going out, you can take a tour of our garden, a family heirloom full of flowers that will delight young and old alike!

This house is ideal for those looking for peace, comfort and tranquillity.

Household linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) and cleaning are included in the price.
