Two fully-equipped, self-contained flats in a quiet location, overlooking a large garden, where you can enjoy a peaceful, independent stay in Châteaubriant.

Two bright, self-contained, ground-floor flats, each sleeping two people:
- the 15 m2 studio (sofa bed 2x80 cm)
- T1 flat, 23m2 (140 cm double bed)

Each flat has its own kitchen and bathroom with toilet.
A fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, hob, mini-oven or microwave, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and kitchen utensils), bed linen and towels will ensure you have a completely independent break.

In fine weather, you can enjoy garden furniture with parasol, a barbecue and sunbathing in the shared courtyard or with your feet up in the grass.
