New flat located on the first floor of the owners' house with private entrance and quiet environment. It consists of two spacious bedrooms: the first one of about 25 m² with 1 bed 160/200 and a mattress 90/190 on the mezzanine for one person, bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet, wardrobe, small sofa, the second one of about 21 m² with 2 beds 90/200, Italian shower, separate toilet, wardrobe, TV and DVD player.

The main room consists of a small kitchen equipped with 2 induction hobs, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, a dining table and a small rest area, all tastefully furnished. Two beautiful outdoor terraces equipped with deckchairs, garden furniture and parasol complete this gîte and offer a beautiful view of the countryside.
