Enjoy a fun, atypical experience in the Landes with Christian. He takes guests of all ages (from kids to seniors) off the beaten trail to explore Chalosse on its greenway or a secure, waymarked path. A friendly leader, he accompanies groups on team-building courses and stag and hen parties. As an expert in the management of conflicts and direct confrontations, he can also combine combat sports with outdoor activities. A great way to work on focus, core strength and balance thanks to a multi-activity sporting approach! He offers hands-on self-defence classes outdoors, respecting your limits and adapting to your level of physical fitness. You can choose to piggyback a trekking or mountain biking experience on top of these.
