Former barn and stable renovated in 2020, located on a working farm (cows and poultry) and close to the owner's home. The gîte sleeps 14 people and is suitable for disabled guests. Ground floor: living room/kitchen, utility room. The sleeping area comprises 4 bedrooms (1 bed 140, shower room/WC, PRM accessible), (2 beds 90, shower room/WC, PRM accessible), (2 bedrooms with 3 beds 90, communicating shower room), a WC. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom (4 single beds). Wifi internet access. Outside, you can enjoy 2 private terraces (garden furniture, plancha, 6-person spa). Underfloor heating included.
