Brasserie No Panic

Founded by Valentin Herieau in 2019 in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, the No Panic brewery won an award in 2021 for its lager at the international competition in Lyon, winning the gold medal.

A professional brewer, Valentin Herieau produces top-quality craft beers from top-quality raw materials!
No Panic offers five permanent beers - Blanche, Blonde, Ambrée, IPA and Porter - as well as an ephemeral range - Triple, Fruits Rouges (local raspberries) and a beer infused with fresh mint from the garden.

The brewery produces 200 hectolitres a year. In 2024, the brewery expanded its production. No Panic became Ferme Brasserie, producing its own barley and a few hops.
The farm's fruit trees make it possible to offer fruit-infused beers and to try out new flavours that are as different as they are surprising.

A farmer with a passion for nature, the brewery reflects Valentin's values of commitment and respect for nature. His aim? To become self-sufficient in the production of barley and hops.
