Le Balinais

For a total change of scenery and a quiet stay, we offer a cottage with a capacity of 3 to 5 people. This old farmhouse, renovated in the style of our region, is located on a 2500 m2 enclosed and secure plot of land.
It is composed of :
ground floor: a living room with a kitchenette fitted and equipped with a refrigerator, gas cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, toaster, a sofa for one person, a table and chairs and a television
a bathroom with an Italian shower and toilet.
You reach the first floor by 15 steps where you have a first bedroom with 140 cm bedding, a second bedroom with 140 cm bedding.
a VMC equips the accommodation.
Iron and ironing board, clothes line on request
Bed, chair, changing table, bathtub and baby toys are available on request.
Barbecue and 3 bicycles are available.

Here everything is done to offer you a serene space.
You have a private area with garden furniture and parasol (deckchairs on request) as well as a covered area for vehicles, you have access to our garden to relax and observe our collection of bonsai trees
Enjoy the cultural and natural wealth of Normandy, the gite is located 10 minutes from the historic centre of Bayeux, 20 minutes from the landing beaches, 20 minutes from the memorial of Caen, 10 minutes from the ancestral forest of Cerisy or the beginning of the Cotentin marshes.
