It is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes' walk from the port, shops, market and lake. Enclosed courtyard and on-site parking. After a day at the beach, in the coastal forest, in the Marais Poitevin or in the surrounding area, you'll appreciate the peace and quiet and the functional comfort of the villa and its garden.

The house is on one level and comprises :

- Two bedrooms (Ch1: 1 double bed, CH2: 2 single beds),
- Living room with 3-person sofa and TV,
- A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fan-assisted oven and induction hob.
- Shower room with washing machine,
- Separate toilet,
- A storage outbuilding in the old garage (garden furniture, barbecue, etc).

Enclosed courtyard with parking for 2 cars, enclosed garden to the rear where children can play safely and adults can enjoy the peace and quiet.
