Description
The refuge is located in a geological domain that is unique in Europe, a landscape that is almost lunar in appearance above all mineral: the fascinating Platé desert. In the middle of the Lapiaz, it welcomes hikers and nature lovers.

Families or more seasoned hikers, taste the conviviality of an evening in a refuge and let yourself go to contemplation during a walk in the desert. Ibex, marmots, rocks sculpted by the water, fossils, flowery lawns and panoramas of Mont-Blanc will amply reward the efforts of children and adults alike. Many itineraries are accessible from the refuge, let yourself be guided by the advice of the keepers.
