Thanks to its slopes exposed along the Loire, the "Cabernet Franc" and "Cabernet Sauvignon" offer a gourmet vision of the "Cabernet d'Anjou" appellation.
Pinot Beurot" or "Pinot Gris", also known as Malvoisie, benefits from the warmest plots to perfect its ripeness.

The estate's winery is equipped with temperature-controlled vats for optimal vinification and thermal inertia to facilitate ageing.

Domaine du Buisson operates 4 other estates in the communes of La Chapelle-Saint-Florent, Bouzillé and Liré: Domaine des Couronnières, Château de la Baronnière, Domaine d'Arcis and Domaine de Viaud, the latter of which is unique in that all its production is matured in French oak tuns.

Today, all these estates are certified "High Environmental Value".
