Description
Saint-Bris-le-Vineux produit un vin blanc sec produit à partir de cépage Sauvignon (Sauvignon B et Sauvignon gris C). Auparavant il était appelé « Sauvignon de Saint Bris » ; il a été classé en AOC depuis 2003 sous le nom « Saint-Bris ». Il s'agit la seule AOC Bourgogne de vin blanc à base de ce cépage, les cépages habituellement autorisés étant le Chardonnay et l'Aligoté.
