At mon Oncle's there are two ways to embrace cooking: a cooking method inherited from ancestral know-how and the association of seasonal products that changes according to the mood.

The restaurant "Mon Oncle Braise" has been fashioned with this image in mind: an encounter with a cuisine that is fair and singular, lively, powerful in taste and a decoration all wood and flamed earthenware dressed with rough and refined sides that can be found on the plates.

Here, there is no order or guidelines, but as the days go by, there are desires for associations, perpetuation of traditions and stories to be told.
