Ground floor: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with access from the terrace (with 1 double bed (160), shower room/WC) and on the living room side: 1 bedroom (with 1 double bed (160) which can be separated into 2 single beds (80) and 2 single beds (80), shower room and separate WC). Wifi internet access. 70 m² enclosed landscaped garden with wooden terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs).
Closed storage shed available. Access to the beach via the forest, 500 metres away. Fishing, bike hire in Barbâtre, sailing club, departure for Ile d'Yeu 3 km away, water park 8 km away.
Coach service: La Roche sur Yon connection 500 m away. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €100/stay; Sheet hire for 1 or 2 people: €15/stay; Towel hire: €8/stay.
