Mountain guide offering guided walks all year round. Specialism: foraging trip and cookery lesson on wild plants, observing Alpine fauna. Course in trapping, gourmet walk (snowshoe excursion + meal).
Course in foraging for and cooking plants. You will learn how to recognise wild, edible plants, as well as how to prepare them and find out what they taste like after some simple, healthy and flavoursome cooking. A moonlit snowshoe hike in winter, followed by a meal of local specialities.
