This Baroque tabernacle was created in 1657-1658 by two artists: Julien Duhamel, master sculptor, and Jean Duparc, master carpenter. It was gilded by François Brossard, who was replaced after his death by Jean Roche, who completed the work in 1663. This work is typical of the mid-seventeenth century, with its lateral niches and the ornamentation on the upper door. This Baroque tabernacle is more sober than many of its counterparts, despite its numerous twisted columns and polychrome motifs. It has one particularity: it's double.
