a living room where you can enjoy a chat by the fireplace, a relaxing moment devoted to remaking the world with your friends or whoever wants to hear it! The space is equipped with a connected TV.
a work area in the gallery, connected to the fibre, for the more hard-working, where you can relax while the children play in the pool.
a utility room with combi-freezer, iron and ironing board, hoover and toilet.

Upstairs: you'll find all the bedrooms themed around local characters: Douanier Rousseau, Madame de Sevigne, Alain Gerbault in particular.
a first bedroom with parquet flooring, a double bed (160cm), an umbrella bed if required, a chest of drawers, a bench and an armchair. The en suite shower room has a shower, vanity unit, changing table, baby bath, potty and WC. Perfect for a couple with a young child who will appreciate the view over the meadow to the park.

As well as the range of services on offer, you can discover the history and specialities of the region. Tiphaine will be happy to share all her good addresses, monuments and sites to visit, picturesque villages or activities adapted to the different ages of children as well as to their different sensibilities and aspirations.
The kitchen is fully equipped (in particular: dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine, plancha, baby steriliser).
For the summer: garden table + 10 chairs + parasol + barbecue, to enjoy meals outside.
A swimming pool measuring 9m x 5m by 1.20m to 2m deep, secured by a 122cm-high approved barrier system and double-locking gate.
