At the helm, Julien, a passionate chef, carefully selects local produce from trusted producers to guarantee freshness, quality and authenticity on every plate.
Our menu evolves with the times and with nature:
- A weekend menu, renewed every 3 months, inspired by the four seasons
- A weekday menu, which changes every fortnight, depending on what's in season
Committed to a responsible environmental approach, L'ESSENTIEL attaches great importance to reducing its impact: all our waste is composted or recycled.
L'Essentiel offers a taste of the real thing, respect for the earth and the pleasure of sharing a gourmet moment, which is simply essential.
