Enter the world of Belgium’s oldest brasserie, Brasserie Dubuisson, opened in 1769. Based in Pipaix in Hainaut, Brasserie Dubuisson has opened several establishments including this one in Louvain-la-Neuve. Come here to sample a Bush or a Cuvée des Trolls in a friendly setting while also enjoying some food. But most importantly, you can visit the micro-brewery and understand how their beers are produced and how the Brasserie works.
The restaurant is open Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 4 p.m. to 1 a.m.
