The chef invites you to sample the flavors of French cuisine: snails, croque-monsieur with truffle slivers, stuffed camembert or lamb souri, there's something for everyone! Regularly, off-menu dishes that are well worth the detour are offered, providing a pleasant surprise for your taste buds. And the little extra is the ritual show put on by the owner, who makes his homemade tartar before your very eyes!
