Run by the François family for 3 generations, this Moselle institution offers lively, honest cuisine that moves with the seasons. The setting is a clean, light and airy room overlooking the aromatic garden. On the plate, it's a modern cuisine, focused on plants. A few years ago, Thomas decided to start producing his own vegetables, to give concrete expression to his desire to offer quality to his customers. At lunchtime on weekdays, a menu of the day is offered in the room at the front of the restaurant: the Côté Réfectoire for fast, good food.
