The Moulin Fouret is a true institution in the region. A beautiful place recently taken over by the young, thirty-year-old Chef Cédric Auger. Origianlly from Rouen, Cédric has worked for 8 years in a Michelin-starred restaurant in Belgium. He participated in the opening of the restaurant Les Maisons de Léa in Honfleur, before setting up home at the Moulin Fouret, a former 16th century watermill covered in Virginia creeper and surrounded by a 1-hectare park crossed by the Charentonne river. In this new, stylish and elegant setting, birds swirl on the walls and the experience, the flavours and taste of the best fresh and seasonal produce, and the delicate plating are all well and truly present in the plate.
