It also has a 26.50m2 living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge area with sofa bed for 2 people and flat-screen TV. There is also a 15m2 balcony with garden furniture, shops and restaurants 50m away and a beach in front of the residence.
A private parking space for one vehicle per flat is available free of charge. No visitor parking available. Low-speed Wi-Fi access is also available. A 4G box is available for hire (€40/week).
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) available on reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning to be carried out by tenants.
