Refuge d'Entre-Deux-Eaux
Description
The Entre-Deux-Eaux refuge is a century-old family place, located in the heart of the Vanoise National Park. We offer you a cuisine prepared by us, favoring local and organic products.
It is here, at an altitude of 2,120m, in the harmony of the magnificent Haute Maurienne Valley, its fauna, its flora, the gentle flow of its sources, that we welcome you.
Our refuge, stage of the GR5, is located at the foot of the south face of the Pointe de la Grande Casse, the highest point in Savoy, at 3.855m. You can also contemplate the Grand Roc Noir, or the Dent Parrachée.
From June 13, you are all welcome to stay with us, whether for a night, a meal, a drink, a conversation or a simple advice.
In addition to meals designed around local and seasonal products, the walker can wander between the lines of a book in the library or escape to the rhythm of an accordion and a guitar.

Location complements
- Modane train station, then bus to Termignon (altibus.com) - From Termignon : - By car: leave the village on the D1006 towards Lanslebourg, turn left on the D126 (signposted "parking de Bellecombe"). Arrive at the Bellecombe parking lot in around 20 minutes. Then 1h45 walk to the Entre-Deux-Eaux refuge. - By shuttle: departure from in front of the Maison de la Vanoise (on the RD 1006 side) (place de la Vanoise) or in front of the Hôtel l'Outa (parking on the Va parking lot). Arriving in Entre-deux-Eaux, stop at the Plan-du-Lac refuge. Then 15-minute walk to the Entre-Deux-Eaux refuge (see shuttle timetable: www.vanoise-parcnational.fr/randonnees-vanoise/acces-departs-randonnees.html). - On foot: 1h45 from the Bellecombe parking lot - 1h15 from the Plan du Lac refuge - 2h30 from the Leisse refuge - 2h from the Femma refuge. Also accessible via Col de la Vanoise, Arpont and Col de la Rocheure.
Tips
Refuge on the GR5 and GR55 route. 1/2 day hikes: Refuge de la Leisse - Refuge de la Femma - Refuge du Plan du Lac - Refuge Entre Deux Eaux: 2h between each of these refuges. Full-day hikes: Refuge de l'Arpont, 4h - Pralognan, 4h - Tignes, 5h - Val d'Isère via Col de la Rocheure, 7h - Refuge du Fond des Fours, 6h.
