PARC DU CHESNOY

This park, created around 1850, is full of many botanical species: redwoods, cypresses, chestnut trees, plane trees, yew trees, ... Indeed, the initial afforestation of the park seems to have used, for the sake of collection and aesthetic value, a mixture of hardwoods and conifers, local species and introduced species.
On the other hand, the choice of the location of isolated trees (redwood, cypress ...) and groups of trees (alignment of plane trees, black pines ...) undeniably offers a landscape value specific to the park.
