If you see his car or the salt grower himself, stop off! Sylvain, a passionate salt grower, will guide you along the discovery trail to help you understand his salt marshes. Depending on the weather, you can watch the coarse salt and flower of salt being harvested.

Coarse salt, fine salt, flower of salt, samphire and many other specialities are sold on site!
