Malmundarium

The "Malmundarium" is the old monastery of Malmedy.
It was transformed in 1985 in a cultural and historical information centre. It tells the story of Malmedy through his different areas. The tourists can go over there to get information as well. The Malmundarium has a carnival museum about the "Cwarmê", and old industries (the paper workshop and the leather workshop). It also has a stunning interior courtyard, two big rooms where events happen, an art gallery where the exhibition change every season, the library of the town as well as the cathedral treasures.

The Cathedral is situated next to the old monastery.
