Started in 1765 for Emmanuel Armand Duplessis-Richelieu, Duke of Aiguillon, on the plans of the architect Leroy, the castle was never completed. It includes only part of the main building and the left wing of the main courtyard. The right wing was never executed. The facades are pierced with rectangular bays framed with moulded frames. The overmantels bear a projecting table. The pediment of the rear facade is decorated with a group sculpted by Roger, depicting the Lot et la Garonne. The interior was devastated in 1792.
