Description
The Pas de Cheval is the stairway that starts from the Récollets promenade at the top of the ramp on the Kestgès footbridge (named after Emmanuel Kestgès, a former socialist councillor) and finishes on Rue du Paradis, the street divided between Verviers and Andrimont.
