Description
Ce carrefour porte le nom de l’abbé Joseph Demeulenaere, curé d’Houplin de 1959 à 1992. C’est sous son impulsion que fut restaurée l’église Saint Martin.
La Chapelle Notre-Dame de la Route présente de part et d’autre, deux petits vitraux en fenêtres latérales : une Vierge à l’enfant et un Saint Martin partageant son manteau avec un pauvre.
