Place Saint-Georges

Place Saint-Georges, is the central square from which small streets and narrow alleys branch out. Of particular note is its covering in pebbles from the River Vesdre. The façades of the houses looking onto this square are often made of rough-hewn calcareous stone blocks, stone or painted brick with a base in cut blocks of calcareous stone. Most of the date back to the 17th and 18th centuries.
