Description

In the 18th century, the first wooden arenas, on the Place du Marché au Cochon (Pascal Duprat), were transferred to the Place Charles de Gaulle and enlarged in 1926, due to the success of the Landes races and the shows that were given there.
After the Second World War, still made of wood, they were transferred to Gramont square.
The current bullring with 3200 seats, in Tordesillas Square, was inaugurated in 1961. The architect was Franck Bonnefous, as in Mont de Marsan, and the contractor was Camiade de Montfort
Oval in shape, they are adapted to both Landes races and novilladas for the festivities at the beginning of August. In the 80s, there were also variety shows to liven up these festivals. Since about 2005, a marquee has been erected from autumn to spring, allowing the use of the track in winter for the pétanque club or neighborhood dances.
