The former town hall at No. 30 plays host, on the ground floor, to a scale model of the town of Limbourg in 1632. On the first floor, various exhibitions are organised in the summer. This building was built between 1681 and 1687 to replace the former hall located in the middle of the square (where the fountain crowned by the Virgin Mary can be found). It was used for meetings of the "States of the Duchy" and until 1703 for the high court and feudal chamber. The town magistrate had his quarters here. The former hall that can be seen on the model was demolished by the French army in 1675. Its turret played host to the "Ridaine" communal bell which was transferred with the antique public clock to the church tower. It disappeared in 1794 during the French Revolution. In the basement wall of the façade, an enormous stone is embedded bearing a coat of arms with the former seal of the town and the inscription "Sigillum Ville Lemborgensi(s)". This stone comes from the former building. At the top of the façade, the town's coat of arms can be seen.On passing underneath the Arvo, it is possible to see a coat of arms depicting the Burgundy Cross and the date 1681.
