Christophe Roussel's reputation as an artisan chocolatier has won him a number of awards, including being voted one of the 5 best chocolatiers in France by Gault et Millau in 2012, and an award at the Salon du Chocolat in Paris in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
Since September 2006, Christophe Roussel has also been a member of the Relais Dessert International network (which brings together the world's elite pastry and chocolate chefs), making him the 1st pastry and chocolate chef in the Loire Atlantique region to receive this distinction.
