Quitter la place du Champ de Foire en remontant les marronniers jusqu'au mail est. Prendre celui-ci pour, tout au bout, après le parking de l'école, tourner à gauche - direction le monument aux morts. De là, emprunter le mail nord où ne subsistent plus que deux tourelles sur les quatorze que comptaient les remparts de la ville.
