It comprises an entrance hall, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge with flat-screen TV, a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and dressing room, a second bedroom with 2 single beds (80cm) that can be joined together and dressing room, a shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet. There is also a lovely 16m2 terrace with furniture and garden furniture, overlooking the residence's garden and facing the swimming pool.
A private parking space for one vehicle per flat is also available free of charge. Please note that there are no visitor parking spaces available.
Low-speed Wi-Fi access is also available. A 4G box is available for hire (€40/week).
