This renovated former bakery is just a stone's throw from the hill of Les Gardes, the Trappist Cistercian Abbey of Notre-Dame des Gardes and its shop where you'll find products from the monastery as well as some local specialities.

This village house comprises a bright 32 m² living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, deep fryer, blender, raclette and fondue maker, etc.) and a sitting area with television. The two bedrooms are on the street side and both have storage space with wardrobes and shelves. The first bedroom sleeps 3, with a double bed (140cm x 190cm) and a single bed (90cmx190cm), while the second bedroom sleeps 2, with a double bed (160cm x 200cm). The bathroom has a double washbasin, a spacious shower, a bath and storage units. A washing machine is also available.

In a peaceful setting, the gîte has an enclosed garden at the back of the house with a view over the Mauges.
