Traditional and semidetached house situated in place labelled "Station Verte de Vacances", at the source of the Laines, between the lakes of the Aube and the Der, at 20km from Bar sur Aube and 55km from Troyes.On the ground floor: a dining/living room, an American kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a toilet and shower room. On the first floor: a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a toilet and a bathroom. The gîte also boasts a courtyard and fenced garden. There is supplementary charge for the electricity and the heating. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: forest, fishing, timber frame churches, Champagne vineyards and the Nigloland Park at 20km.
