Bateau habitable de Loire "Anguille sous Roche"

Who hasn't dreamt of taking to the open sea for a night and enjoying an unusual experience? That's what the Anguille sous Roche boat is inviting you to do, with a unique stay on the Loire aboard a toue cabanée, a fully-equipped traditional Loire boat.

Let yourself be lulled by the sound of the waves on the hull, the birdsong and the beauty of the wild landscapes. Departing from Saint Florent le Vieil, Petite Cité de Caractère, you can enjoy a rejuvenating weekend or week's holiday with your loved ones or family.

With 4 berths, a fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge) and a shower room (shower, dry toilet), you won't want to leave the boat after your stay.

Fabien, the boat's pilot, will take you from port to port to discover the river with a navigation time of 3 hours per day (€180). He knows the Loire like the back of his hand! Keep your eyes peeled for kingfishers, egrets and grey herons. Marvel at the craggy landscapes and typical Loire architecture (sailing is an optional extra).

Outside of this time, you'll have the chance to explore the villages on the banks of the Loire where you'll be stopping off. Try one of the guinguettes on the banks of the Loire and enjoy a delicious plate of fish. Every stopover is close to amenities. A roadbook gives you all the best addresses for restaurants and bars, as well as nuggets to discover. Cycle along La Loire à Vélo on the two folding bikes provided.

The stops are selected so that you have easy access to amenities on foot or by bike. You'll have a road book on the boat, with maps of the different stops, the locations of shops, good restaurants and bars, and places worth seeing! Two folding bicycles are available on board.

In 3 days, you'll get to know the Loire. In a week, you can enhance your stay by discovering the typical villages along the Loire and making a diversion to a tributary!

Day 2: Chalonnes sur Loire - Bouchemaine
Day 3: Bouchemaine - Ecouflant - Cantenay Epinard - Angers (Navigation on the Maine, Sarthe and Mayenne rivers)
Day 4: Angers - Behuard
Day 5: Behuard - Saint Florent le Vieil

6 nights/5 days sailing :
Day 1: Saint Florent le Vieil - Ancenis
Day 2: Ancenis - Nantes
Day 3: Nantes - Sucé sur Erdre - Nantes (Sailing on the Erdre)
Day 4: Nantes - Oudon
Day 5: Oudon - Saint Florent le Vieil

In addition to the nights spent on board, if you wish, you can sail on the Loire for an extra charge (€60 per hour, including pilot (subject to availability) and fuel. )
