Chantal will be delighted to welcome you to her restaurant in the heart of the village, where she serves simple, family-style cuisine based on fresh produce. Come and visit Vars sur Roseix, with its lightly-colored houses built into the rock, its Travassac slate roofs and its church, whose structures date back to Roman times. Open year-round from 8am to 7pm. Closed Wednesday afternoons and Sunday afternoons. Reservations recommended.
