For over 45 years, La Cour d'Orgères has been renowned throughout Brittany for its jams, cakes and artisan ice creams. Today, Vérène and Marie-Charlotte Indekeu carry on the family tradition passed down from their parents, constantly pushing back the boundaries of culinary creativity. Between tradition and modernity, the fruity collections of La Cour d'Orgères put jam in the big league. Much more than a simple delicacy to spread on bread, jam has become a subtle, refined dish that can be used in a wide range of sweet and savoury, everyday and gourmet recipes.
