Situated 2km from Givrand, a very pleasant commune with local shops: bakery, grocery shop, tobacconist's, delicatessen, pizzeria... Our house is 5km from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie and its sandy beaches, fishing ports, marinas, markets, shops and many seasonal attractions.
The cycle path runs right behind the house.
Single-storey accommodation in the owner's house on enclosed courtyard with free private parking.

Two terraces surround the gîte, one equipped with a garden table, 4 armchairs, a parasol with a stand, a barbecue, deckchairs and a shady tree. The other terrace, on the car park side, is planted with an umbrella pine and an olive tree, inviting you to relax in the peace and quiet of the countryside, with 2 deckchairs at your disposal.

Living room opening onto the terrace, with open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen: sofa bed (convertible), television, electric hob, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
One bedroom with small window: bed 140x190, large wardrobe with hanging space. Possibility of adding a cot for young children, which can be loaned if required.

A large bathroom recently fitted to disabled standards: Italian shower, WC, washbasin, washing machine, electric towel rail, tancarville.

Very quiet location 10 minutes from the beaches of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie or Bretignolles-sur-Mer.
