This beautiful building of character, situated in the heart of a vast agricultural and forest estate of 160 ha (296 acres), was built in the 17th century. The property houses a farm (fat cows and ducks), 6 furnished holiday rentals, a group gîte and reception rooms for weddings, birthdays, seminars... The dining room (100 m2, 50 place settings, stone décor and exposed beams) and the training room (120 m2, 100 place settings, fireplace, stones, exposed beams) are equipped with tables, chairs and a professional kitchen. The 2 classrooms (35 and 25 places) are equipped with school furniture and video projector.
