After having proven himself alongside Chefs such as Alain Dutournier, Jean-Michel Lorrain and Alain Ducasse, Julien Lainé, Chef de la Orangerie, decided to put his bags down in Pornic and set up his own project. He makes it a point of honor to work, as far as possible, with local suppliers from French products. He therefore traveled the region in search of the pearls of the coast and is happy to be able to present his achievements thanks to the partners with whom he decided to collaborate.
Local, French, organic… are words that are part of the restaurant's state of mind. And when the meeting takes place with a producer who is part of this process, the bond sets in by itself.
